Oper8 is pleased to report a significant number of its cloud and hosting services achieved 100% availability during 2015.

All Accelr8, Communic8¬†Metro Ethernet, Elev8 Cloud Storage, and Coloc8 (Polaris Data Centre)¬†customers were the beneficiaries of Oper8’s 100% uptime record.

Accounting for planned maintenance activities across other Communic8 and Elev8 services, Oper8 delivered against our customer SLAs, while also welcoming a number of new customers to the Oper8 fold.

Mark Owen, Service Delivery Manager at Oper8 noted ‘that while a 100% record for these services is a fantastic result for our customers, and a great reflection on our staff, we aim to continually improve the services that didn’t make the 100% grade’.

With new services and products coming on line, Oper8 looks forward to repeating the 100% feat in 2016.
